Plastic waste collection
Every machinery for waste vacuuming from plastic processing must be equipped with a hood and aerodynamic vents that ensure the collection of the material in a homogeneous and effective way.

Plastic suction
The injector system is capable of vacuuming plastic residues with low energy consumption and low acoustic impacts, ensuring performance up to 800 mt/min with transport up to 150 mt.

Transport of waste
New Aerodinamica evaluates the best suppliers to offer high-end pipes that carry aluminium residues; the latter can be painted iron or stainless steel according to installation.
This type of piping, thanks to higher thicknesses, tight joint systems and being completely smooth inside them prevents the material from blocking, causing a stop of the suction.

Separation of plastic residues
The transported plastic material is discharged through aerodynamic separators that are dimensioned for total air volume; this equipment operates without the use of mechanical seals as it stands in perfect balance with balancing fans.
