New Aerodinamica carefully evaluates first the production specifications of each single machine, then examines the types of materials and finally determines which equipments are the most suitable and suitable for use. Above all this last phase is the one that differentiates us in the sector because the choice is made taking into account three essential and fundamental points for us which, in order of importance: efficiency, energy consumption and noise. With these fixed points we are able to realize systems for suction trimmed couplings and films with only 5.5Kw and transport them at 100mt with a noise of the fan of 76dBA.

Choice of equipment

This is the first fundamental step for the successful operation of a trimming suction plant. In the flexible packaging sector, we have developed and improved the injector system that allows the continuous transportation of trimmings from the production machine to the centralized collection point. With our injector, compared to systems with shredders, there is no need to adjust according to the thickness of the trimmings and does not need any type of maintenance as there is nothing that is consumed by eliminating the risk of breakage or damage in case of accidental suction of bolts, keys or other that may occur during adjustments in the car.

Efficiency

The fan is chosen based on the necessary characteristics, but paying attention to the efficiency in order to have a machine that never works neither under stress nor at the limit, often opting for a bigger size.

Energy consumption

Having chosen the fan with maximum efficiency we can only have a reduced energy consumption, this is further improved by using combined systems with belt transmission and electrical panels with inverter, starting from small sizes like 4Kw.

Noise

Maximum efficiency and low energy consumption make it possible to work with reduced starting noise. Sometimes, in particular work environments, you have to reduce noise further; also in this case new Aerodinamica proposes a range of different options depending on the needs of the customer who can choose between 3 different types of aft cabs:

Basic cabin: with 50mm ashlar mattress and 5-6dBA noise reduction
standard cabin: with 50mm rock wool sandwich panels with a density of 100kg / m3 and noise reduction 13-15dBA
top cabin: with 80mm rock wool sandwich panels with a density of 100kg / m3 and 20-22dBA noise reduction
All the trimmings are then conveyed to the centralized collection point where New Aerodinamica installs its own separator sized for the total air volume considering also any reserve lines.

The air blown by the fans used for the suction and transport of the trimmings is extracted from the separator by a balancing fan, controlled by an inverter that modulates the speed of the extraction fan; in situations with multiple lines, everything is managed by PLC and displayed by a color operator terminal. At this point the trimmings fall by their weight, without pressure, into the pressing system.

And what happens if the press fails?

New Aerodinamica has also thought of this by proposing an emergency by-pass to continue working even in case of failure and need not stop production.

Finally, the entire drainage group is fixed on a self-supporting hot galvanized structure designed by collaborators registered with the structural engineers and complete with technical report and certifications. To access the upper part of the drain in total safety, use a fixed maritime staircase and side walkways with parapets.

The philosophy and the modus operandi of New Aerodinamica is, from its foundation, that of analyzing in depth the newly created plant trying to perfect its technical solutions and limiting those criticalities that can create even a minimal problem: only in this way, it succeeds to obtain, after some time and after multiple installations, "the (almost) perfect system".
